Nicole Richie - Pretty in Cream

Caveat - this photo goes back to 2009 so the clothing is a little out of date (buttons!) but I love the way that this dress flows.  Nicole looks so elegant here with her hair swept up into a bun and the (mandatory) oversized glasses and bag.
