Kim Kardashian wears a yellow summerish dress in the middle of a New York winter

A simple change like shortening the length of this dress would go a long way towards improving Kim's style.  And stop with the peplum.

Plus isn't it freezing in NYC at the moment?  That is more of a summer dress isn't it?  Especially seeing the guy in the background with the big puffer jacket.
