7th Heaven Beverley Mitchell: Heavenly?

I'm still in shock that Bev is 31 years old - she still looks so young and fresh (Lilo take note).  I don't like her outfit - the top looks so old fashioned with the lace detailing around the bottom and sleeves and in the photo above, it makes her boobs look like they sit at a strange angle?

In the second photo below, she and her husband look adorable together - very happy and relaxed.  Still don't like the shirt and those boots, ugh.  I'm just not a fan of the loose fitting boot - it looks to 'workerish' for me.  One thing this outfit does do for Bev is make her skinny legs look long.
