When Jess announced that she was pregnant in October last year, it was speculated that she was around 26 weeks pregnant - that is, she had a decent sized baby bump.  That would mean that right now (still 4 weeks before her due date), she would be 48 weeks.  So, by my calculations that means that she was probably around 12-14 weeks when she posted this photo.
 

 Phew!  That sure makes me feel better....
