Okay, so Neve Campbell is giving Selma Blair a run for her money with this maxi dress. Neve is truly chic in this black maxi and brown belt with an over-sized beige cardigan and sandals. It is effortlessly chic. I really like the large ruffle (?) at the bottom of the dress and the belt makes the dress fit her bump and then flow out over her legs. Without the belt the dress would fall too loosely from her chest and she would lose the shape of her bump (and probably just look fat).
