In what looks like a throwback to her styling in "How to Lose a Guy in 10 days", Kate stepped onto the red carpet for the opening of "Something Borrowed" in a lemon yellow maxi-dress. With sleek, straight blond highlights and soft makeup, Kate has really pulled off the glammed up girl-next-door look.
The dress has some great details with the bodice coming down quite low and crossing over in the back, while the front skims and flatters her bump. For a larger breasted woman, this look would probably be hard to pull off as the dress doesn't offer much support and with the open back, a bra is not an option.
